Thirty years in facilities management before a single client was ours.
Thomas Leom left a government-owned estate management team, spent years inside private managing agents, and founded Weavepact in June 2006 with one goal — to raise the standard of strata, property and facilities management, and to build a genuine relationship between a company and the people who live and work in the buildings it looks after.
Over the following decade he grew the group from a new outfit into a one-stop integrated facilities provider, adding cleaning, maintenance and security, then manpower and training in 2016.
