Weavepact Management Private Limited was founded by Thomas Leom in June 2006, after his tenure with a government-owned estate management team and stints with private managing agents.
Over the following decade the scope widened from strata management into cleaning, maintenance and security. In 2016 the group added manpower placement and training, so the people who work in our clients' buildings are recruited and trained by us too.

Over thirty years in facilities management. A graduate of Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Building Management, Thomas moved through the industry and was exposed to the full scope of facilities work before establishing and developing the Weavepact Group of Companies over the last two decades. He remains the prime mover behind the group's spectrum of services, and is at ease across all of its stakeholders: employees, service providers and clients.
Joined Weavepact in December 2012 and serves as Director alongside Thomas. He holds the PBS, PB and PBM national awards.
